Spartan Super Race [7 May 2016]

Woke up really early with my brother Andy on the event day itself and we took a cab to the race event at Tampines Avenue 10.

There are three main types of Spartan Races – Sprint, Super and Beast. We registered for the Spartan Super Race which is the middle distance course. The 12km+ Spartan Super Race packs more than 29 Signature Spartan Obstacles and we completed it within 4 hours.

Each participant was tagged with “CHRONOTRACK” which is used to track the race timing.

Start line

I have no idea what I will be expecting because I am a first-time participant for this Spartan Super Race event. I tell myself that no matter what I gonna complete this whole race and “No Cheating” since I have paid an exorbitant amount to take part.

I couldn’t complete this obstacle so here is a mischievous shot of me poking someone’s ass.

Another scary obstacle and the tip is just climb and don’t look down when you are at the top.

OTC DUNK PIT

I removed my shoes, socks and waist pouch which has a pocket to put my phone in (didn’t want to get them wet) before dunking into the muddy pool.

Finally met up with the rest of the team members to continue with the race and I am still looking strong and fit. Haha! :p
