Media Conference: Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens by the Bay

27 October 2016 (Thursday)

Christmas Wonderland, Gardens by the Bay

I was invited by the PR agency Asia PR Werkz to attend a Media Conference held at Gardens by the Bay for the preview of Christmas Wonderland 2016.

Christmas Wonderland 2016 is Singapore largest year-end event and is returning for its third year edition at almost twice the size with new offerings.

This is the lovely door gift given to all the social influencers and how thoughtful to give wooden log thumbdrive as door gift to match with the Christmas theme.

Ms Sarah Martin, Director of Blue Sky Events giving an insightful powerpoint presentation of the event details, highlights and attractions to look forward at Christmas Wonderland 2016.

The next presenter is Datuk Jared Lim, Chairman of High-5. One of the main attractions at Christmas Wonderland 2016 is the Hi-5 Funtastic House. The little ones can immerse themselves in the ultimate Hi-5 experience where they can play and learn in three uniquely themed and designed zones – “Hi-5 Style It Up”, “Groove with  Hi-5” and “Ready, Set, Bounce at Christmas Wonderland.”

Food was superb ! 👍 Don’t know how to count calories anymore so just eat but I am still mindful of my waistline.

My favorite drink of the day is the mulled wine which evokes lovely memories of having it during the cold winter of Paris.

Most of us went to join the light-up preview after the media conference. The Spalliera Castel del Monte luminaire, part of the “Christmas Wonderland 2016” event is inspired by the 13th century castle in south east Italy.

Let it snow..let it snow ❄️ and revel in the wonder of snow with the daily Blizzard Time – 8pm, 9pm and 10pm during Christmas Wonderland 2016.

This is the site of another attraction “Ice Palace” and it is still in the midst of construction.
